Eve here, with an early afternoon WOOP for you.
Today's outburst comes in the form of a trip to the cinema. Tonight we're off to see
'How to Train Your Dragon'.

Sadly, only in 2D, but no doubt it'll still be ace. With 97% positive reviews on Rotten Tomatoes, it's looking like we're gonna have a gay ol' time. I certainly will ;) Here's the trailer, if you haven't already seen it: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qHUhygdAZIw
It's the story of a young Viking called 'Hiccup', who wants to follow in the footsteps of his ancestors to become a Dragon Slayer. However, upon catching his first dragon he does not kill it, but instead befriends it... and so the tale of striving for acceptance whilst going against the grain begins... Featuring voices from:

However, upon catching his first dragon he does not kill it, but instead befriends it... and so the tale of striving for acceptance whilst going against the grain begins... Featuring voices from:
- Gerard Butler ("This is madness! This... is... SPARTA!")
- America Ferrera (The delightful Ugly Betty)
- Jay Baruchel (The one that grows the beard in Knocked Up)
- Jonah Hill (The non-Michael Cera one from Superbad)
- and most importantly, the magnificent Kristen Wiig *smitten sigh* (Saturday Night Live, Whip It, Knocked Up, Adventureland and various other pieces of comic genius)
Coming from Dreamworks studios, who brought us the Shrek and Madagascar series', as well as Kung Fu Panda and loads of other great films, Dragon looks set to be pretty darn cool.
Also, it has Vikings! And as we know from previous Dreamworks experiences, it should be packed with plenty of jokes for the older members of the audience that pass right over the heads of the kiddies laughing at people falling over.
As you will very soon learn (if you haven't already), the child in me is not buried very deep beneath the surface, so it's highly likely I'll come out of the cinema saying "Rawr!" an awful lot and pretending to ride a dragon home :)
Have a wonderous day one and all!
